Q: "Why did you write "GOT MYSELF BELIEVING"?

A: With "GOT MYSELF BELIEVING", I wanted to capture the pull and push, the ups and downs, and the things we lose (and sometimes gain) in our relationship with depression and self-doubt. And it really is a relationship. They feel like individuals, actually more like stowaways living inside our thoughts.

With "GOT MYSELF BELIEVING", I wanted to capture the pull and push, the ups and downs, and the things we lose (and sometimes gain) in this relationship.

This relationship will last a lifetime I'm guessing. I feel like I want to understand it and get to know it as well as I can.
